At our Thatcham UK site we have in house engineering design capability along with high value manufacturing, assembly and testing facilities, and at our two US locations in Indianapolis and Mooresville we also have assembly, testing and extensive track support for our US based customers.
We have a global customer base and we are proudly the sole supplier for a number of motorsports including British Touring Car, NASCAR & INDYCAR.
Back in July 2023, the US based private equity firm Middleground acquired Xtrac.

The CEO is a passionate ambassador for Xtrac and its customers, and is highly supportive of nurturing young careers within the company. Each month, they contribute an article to our employee magazine, detailing their activities throughout the month, sharing insights on the company’s performance, the customers they have met, and the support they need from our staff.
We employ several methods to engage our employees, including an Employee Engagement Forum. This forum fosters dialogue, debate, and discussion, allowing us to exchange ideas, develop new initiatives, and secure employee support. It also serves as a venue for addressing challenges and proposing ideas for continuous improvement.
Additionally, we conduct quarterly business update meetings, concluding with a Q&A session with our leadership team. For those who prefer not to ask questions directly, we provide a question box where employees can submit inquiries anonymously. These questions are then answered and shared on our intranet.
Furthermore, we carry out quarterly pulse surveys to stay abreast of topics important to our employees, offering them a chance to express their opinions and provide feedback.
