Poseida engages in a listening platform called the Poseida Pulse (the “Pulse”). The Pulse is an employee engagement survey run from a third-party platform to maintain anonymity and is run every six months. The first survey of the year is the primary Pulse, and the data is used to fuel a Corporate Action Planning Team that analyzes the data and takes action on an Enterprise level. In addition, functional leaders receive data to take action in their functional areas. The second survey of the year six months later is the “Pulse Check,” where we assess how we did in response to the feedback. The questions are intentionally prospective to create momentum around maintaining or enhancing Poseida as a best place to work in addition to standard engagement measures. Poseida’s participation rate in every survey thus far has been over 85% with 800 to 1,000 individual comments in response!
