Why is Eaton a Most Loved Workplace®?

Our long‑term growth and purpose are anchored in electrification, digitalization and sustainability. We provide products, software and services that enable safer, more reliable and more efficient power management across vehicles, aircraft, buildings, factories, data centers and electrical grids. We have also disclosed science‑based climate commitments, including greenhouse gas reduction targets and progress toward carbon neutrality, while emphasizing that our solutions help customers achieve their own sustainability and decarbonization goals.

We value doing business right, operating sustainably and creating an inclusive, safe and ethical workplace. We are committed to employee health, safety and wellbeing; fair and equitable treatment; community engagement; and environmental stewardship. These values guide how we support our employees, serve our customers, deliver shareholder value and contribute to the communities where we operate.

Paulo Ruiz became our chief executive officer on June 1, 2025, following his service as president and chief operating officer. He has reinforced continuity in our strategy, emphasizing sustainability, ethics, operational excellence and customer‑led growth. His leadership reflects disciplined execution, investment in high‑growth markets such as electrification and data centers, and the importance of maintaining our values‑based culture as we continue to grow globally.

We regularly ask our employees to share their perspectives through our global employee survey and we use this feedback to improve the employee experience. Most employees who participated said they were proud to work at Eaton. We also use structured listening approaches, including listening circles, to create space for employee dialogue and support.

Our Inclusion Eaton Resource Groups (iERGs) are an important part of our culture, supporting community‑building, professional development, cultural awareness and business engagement. We also offer a range of learning and development tools through Eaton University, our internal continuing education center, which provides online and instructor‑led courses to support lifelong learning. In addition, we offer mentorship programs and stretch assignment opportunities, including an open marketplace of projects that enable employees to build new skills by working on real business challenges beyond their day‑to‑day roles.

Our global employee recognition program is designed to recognize behaviors that support our culture and values and has been linked to employee engagement and retention. We also offer broad total rewards that include competitive pay, paid time off, mental health support, donation matching, tuition reimbursement and regionally appropriate benefits to support employees’ physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
