Transparency is important at DHI. DHI’s CEO, Art Zeile, holds weekly town halls to provide an update on what’s happening in the business, inviting team members to present important projects. Our CEO also answers all anonymous questions that comes in. Everyone has a voice at DHI no matter the position. The C-level executives are approachable and available to all team members across the organization.

We have a One Team value and live it by working together. DHI is a hybrid workplace and relies on technology such as LucidChart, videoconferencing, and virtual whiteboards to work together efficiently. Teams encourage and set aside uninterrupted time for innovation and creative work. New ideas and collaboration come from all levels and positions within the company. Teams hold regular monthly learning hours to allow for time to step away from their day-to-day task lists and think outside of the box. Teams also hold regular peer coaching sessions to allow for collaboration and to bounce new ideas off one another.
