In conjunction with a focus group of employees we have created a career pathway to help employees navigate the different skills and types of conversation they can be having to support their goals. We also use the RISE platform to help curate learning pathways dependent on the skills gap identified through 121s and development conversations. Our focus on employee Wellbeing in the past 6 months has also been about helping to create healthy habits and giving people the tools to achieve their personal goals. This has culminated in a showcase in March called JT Dreamers, where individuals will get to present their new skills and journey to achieving it.
