Our response to COVID-19

During the height of lockdown, those with childcare responsibilities were provided with an additional week of paid leave per month. We also introduced wellbeing support, like Joyable, and equipped employees’ work from home spaces. Like many other businesses, the pandemic drove changes in how and where we work.Since the lifting of restrictions in the UK, we have launched a Team First, Hybrid Working model. This flexible model centres around teams coming together on occasions that drive productivity, build internal and external connections and enable collaboration. Kingsters are able to use the office when they want both as individuals and for team occasions whilst also allowing people to work from home when they want. There is no minimum number of days in the office per week/month/year. We have also introduced short-term remote working which allows people to request to work from a different location for short periods.
