In our efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, we offer at Medallia to our employees: a robust Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, including ERG Leader Recognition & ERG Executive sponsorship, Town Hall events, and a variety of L&D offerings, from manager training to DEIB topics to interactive formats like book club. Our benefit packages aim to encourage employees to bring their whole selves to work by focusing on the well-being pillars of mental, physical, and financial health.
