Thryv is a “Work from Anywhere” company, so collaboration is achieved through Zoom calls and Teams meetings, as well as various other forms of remote communication. By hosting all employee webcasts monthly, our Leadership Team engages with our entire workforce and keeps employees in the loop on all aspects of the company. In addition, our monthly webcast serves as an outlet to highlight our outstanding employees through the Accelerator Recognition program. During our monthly all employee webcasts, our CEO and the guest speaker routinely cover topics relating to our core values and we end each meeting recognizing those employees who exemplified one of our core values over the past month through our Accelerator Recognition Program.
The Employee Experience at Thryv encompasses the whole being. We reach out daily with Happy Birthday and Service Anniversary greetings. We leverage employee programs at every turn – such as the Departmental Recognition Award which allows leaders to recognize above and beyond performance with spot bonuses at any time during the year. Our Culture Initiatives include numerous well-being opportunities such as the Thryv Foundation 5k held semi-annually. One of the prized benefits at Thryv is our Winter Break Closing when all employees enjoy time off with family and friends between December 25 and January 1.
Thryv’s salesforce was remote prior to the pandemic, but once Covid hit, all employees mobilized within 72 hours to work from home with complete systems access, equipment and training. We adapted policies and practices to accommodate the extremely challenging times the pandemic presented. This included flexible work schedules, leaves of absence where necessary, and approval to move to other locations due to personal reasons. Where we were bound by brick and mortar in the past, we are now fully remote allowing far greater flexibility.
