Thryv is a “Work from Anywhere” company, so collaboration is achieved through Zoom calls and Teams meetings, as well as various other forms of remote communication. By hosting all employee webcasts monthly, our Leadership Team engages with our entire workforce and keeps employees in the loop on all aspects of the company. In addition, our monthly webcast serves as an outlet to highlight our outstanding employees through the Accelerator Recognition program. The Employee Experience at Thryv encompasses the whole being. We reach out daily with Happy Birthday and Service Anniversary greetings. We leverage employee programs at every turn – such as the Departmental Recognition Award which allows leaders to recognize above and beyond performance with spot bonuses at any time during the year. Our Culture Initiatives include numerous well-being opportunities such as the Thryv Foundation 5k held semi-annually.
