Connected to our mission, in-real-life collaboration is at the heart of how we work, alongside flexible asynchronous work options.
Our Community team is dedicated to bringing our people together through several meaningful moments of learning, connection and collaboration (team offsites, team buildings, Summer and Xmas parties, hub events, or annual kick-offs). In our weekly ‘End of Week’ meetings, we share the latest company and team updates, and hold live Q&As. At ‘End of Quarters’ meetings, we deliver the wider messages on company strategy, and performance ensuring full alignment and connectedness.
As our community grows, connecting in-real-life becomes even more important to boost connectivity, productivity, and creativity. This is what makes TravelPerk such a great place to work.
Our bi-annual engagement survey - ‘TK Voice’ - shows that 84% of our employees believe that ‘TravelPerk is in a position to succeed in the next three years’, which is +1 above top new tech companies. Since November we have improved 7 points in leadership communication and 18 points in perceived positive changes since our previous engagement survey. This is +4 points above the benchmark of new top tech companies. Additionally, 89% of employees say they know how they’re work is contributing to the company goals.
- Employee advisory board (EAB): employees from different teams work with the CEO to improve employee wellbeing and culture continuously. As part of it, they conduct several round tables throughout the year and across all hubs.
- ‘End of Week’ meeting: we share latest updates, team achievements, projects and Q&A sessions with leadership.
- Topic-based Slack channels: employees ask questions around any topics. We worked on AI development internally to optimize the speed of solving requests - e.g our Legal Bot automated > 10K queries!
- Bi-annual engagement survey: to measure employee sentiment. Feedback is analyzed by the People Partners and worked with Leadership for tailored actions per department.
- Post events, meetings or project launches surveys are sent to gather feedback and continuously improve. Results and actions are shared at the ‘End of Week’ meeting.

As the Founder of TravelPerk, our CEO Avi Meir directly created the values for our company and shaped our culture. He sees our values and company culture as a core driving force of our growth, both on an individual level for our employees and on a company-wide level. This is a personal passion project for him, firmly believing that our culture is a key competitive asset. That’s why Avi practices what he preaches at every level - from hosting our “end of week” all-hands meetings on Fridays, being present at every company-wide event, to personally conducting culture fit interviews.
Our benefits are focussed on people’s total wellbeing. We give each employee 16 sessions with a qualified therapist each year to support their mental wellbeing.
Every employee is awarded stock options after they join TK. One of our core values is ‘we are owners’ and we live up to this every day by giving everyone TravelPerk ownership so they can share in our collective success.
