Vistair are at the start of implementing a bespoke training programme for every employee. The programme is split into 4 stages, induction plus personal profiling, working together as a team, emerging leaders, and high potential. All have an opportunity to follow the complete the path if they desire. Vistair provide various opportunities to learn, travel and be part of a united team. We use Hackathons to bring the teams together and explore new ideas – including a Taco van provided for lunch! We celebrate the signing of new contracts with fizz and food. The little things count too, Wednesdays are breakfast pastry day and with hybrid working, when teams are in altogether, we provide pizza. We have a dedicated social committee who plans a number of social activities and events throughout the year.
