Research doesn’t lie. A recent study reported that 84% of job seekers say the reputation of a company as an employer is important. COVID has impacted the workplace in many ways, with the most noticeable being that many organizations have realized that a virtual workforce can work. That means that not only are you no longer restricted by a talent pool in a certain location, but the world’s best talent are no longer restricted by looking for organizations in places they live. Most Loved Workplace certification is an important tool to prove to candidates around the world that you are the place they should consider growing their career.
Most Loved Workplace certification is backed by leading research which proved that when a company is collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and provides clear and positive paths forward for employees, those employees will produce more and perform better for the organization. The research published both in Louis Carter’s book In Great Company: How to Spark Peak Performance by Creating an Emotionally Connected Workplace (McGraw-Hill, 2019) and the peer validated “The Emotionally Connected Leader” article published in the Hesselbein Foundation’s Leader to Leader Journal, provides groundbreaking insights into what truly leads to employees “loving” their company and giving full discretionary effort.
You will receive a link to your custom employee pulse validation within 24 hours of completing the order on your profile page.
At that time you will direct your employees to your profile page to access and complete the survey.
The pulse validation will be open for 2 weeks from the date it is created.
The scores will be entered directly by Most Loved Workplace staff. Users do not enter their own scores. The score will show once all companies have been considered. You may also choose to see your score privately.
Yes, if you need an extension on the date the survey is closed, just contact us here to request an extension.
Most Loved Workplace is an annual designation. Simply choose from one of the three plans available, to get started. You have the option to pay monthly, or save two months fees by paying in full. Your certification will last for one year. At that time, you can easily renew your certification by simply distributing a new survey at that time.
The Top Most Loved Workplaces will be featured in the 2021 November edition of Newsweek, as well as Leader to Leader, the official publication of The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum at the University of Pittsburgh.
NOTE: Not all winners will be printed in the published list. We take into consideration company size, online reviews, financial performance, benefits and compensation, and other factors for final publishing decisions. All decisions made by Most Loved Workplace staff and partners are final.
The final deadline for consideration in the 2021 Most Loved Workplace list, published in the special December 2021 issue of Leader to Leader is Friday, May 31, 2021.
The first cohort for the 2021 Most Loved Workplace list will be published in Newsweek in the November, 2021 issue and the 2022 issue of Leader to Leader.
After completion of the pulse validation and scoring for all companies, you will receive a custom report and dashboard, with scores on all areas of the SPARK construct (see sample report here).
A minimum score of B+ overall is needed to be a certified Most Loved Workplace. If you do not reach that level initially, the report will show you the areas of improvement needed. You can work with one of the certified Most Loved Workplace coaches, or on your own, and retake the survey 3 months later. At that point, we will look for an increase in score in all areas scoring under the B+ to receive your annual certification, and qualify for the 2021 Most Loved Workplace list.
