How can Most Loved Workplace certification help me hire better candidates?
Research doesn’t lie. A recent study reported that 84% of job seekers say the reputation of a company as an employer is important. COVID has impacted the workplace in many ways, with the most noticeable being that many organizations have realized that a virtual workforce can work. That means that not only are you no longer restricted by a talent pool in a certain location, but the world’s best talent are no longer restricted by looking for organizations in places they live. Most Loved Workplace certification is an important tool to prove to candidates around the world that you are the place they should consider growing their career.
How can the Most Loved Workplace certification help me retain my top talent?
Most Loved Workplace certification is backed by leading research which proved that when a company is collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and provides clear and positive paths forward for employees, those employees will produce more and perform better for the organization. The research published both in Louis Carter’s book In Great Company: How to Spark Peak Performance by Creating an Emotionally Connected Workplace (McGraw-Hill, 2019) and the peer validated “The Emotionally Connected Leader” article published in the Hesselbein Foundation’s Leader to Leader Journal, provides groundbreaking insights into what truly leads to employees “loving” their company and giving full discretionary effort.

What is Unique About the Most Loved Workplace Certification?
Most Loved Workplace is the culmination of years of research by world-renowned organization culture guru Louis Carter, Best Practice Institute and published by McGraw Hill (In Great Company: 2019) https://louiscarter.com/project/in-great-company/ and published as a valid construct in Wiley’s Leader to Leader Journal (The Emotionally Connected Leader: 2020) https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/ltl.20478
It’s About Performance & Productivity, not perks and benefits.
The research is clear – employees love their workplace not because of compensation, benefits, and certainly not perks like company picnics, beer Fridays, and foosball tables. Most Loved Workplace is the only list that accurately discovers whether the company is a functional working environment. MLW is especially relevant for companies that require accurate information on inclusion and the new way of working post-COVID. MLW is different from other lists because it focuses on true satisfaction and a feeling of respect. We compare these MLW scores with a composite of other employee satisfaction rating sites on the web for accurate reporting. While other lists focus on employee frustrations about monetary issues and desire for friendships and inner circles, MLW focuses on the reality behind how employees perceive their job and working environment.
What is the Reputation Management Tool?
84% of job seekers say the reputation of a company as an employer is important. As part of the Enterprise package, you will get exclusive access for one year to the Most Loved Workplace Employer Reputation in-house proprietary software that brings together companies’ ratings from Comparably, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other web sources (not as easily accessible to most users). This will allow you to compare what is being said publicly about your company with how emotionally connected your employees are to give an even more accurate measurement of employee satisfaction for the organization.
How do I set up my company’s profile page?
After selecting the plan that best fits your needs and completing the purchase, you will be taken to your profile page to start building the information. You will receive a unique login to update and change the information with your company logo, branding, mission, vision, values, and other important information.
Once the survey data has been analyzed, important information will be added to your page related to the Most Loved Workplace areas – (SPARK) Systemic Collaboration, Positive Future, Alignment, Respect, Killer Achievement.
How is Most Loved Workplace certification different from standard engagement surveys?
Most engagement surveys are at least 40 questions and many upwards of 60 questions. As any CHRO knows all too well, rater fatigue is real. Long surveys are thrown to the side by employees making them very challenging to analyze. Most Loved Workplace bases itself on a simple 5 area model with little to no rater fatigue. Employees finish it on average 3-4 minutes, making the data much more trustworthy and representative of your current situation.
What is included in the report?
Those who purchase the Enterprise plan will receive a full custom report, with a custom dashboard, scores in each area, and a full executive summary of areas of success and also areas that need improvement. For what would normally cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to get this kind of in-depth knowledge, is available for a fraction of that.
