How do I set up my company’s profile page?
After selecting the plan that best fits your needs and completing the purchase, you will be taken to your profile page to start building the information. You will receive a unique login to update and change the information with your company logo, branding, mission, vision, values, and other important information.
Once the survey data has been analyzed, important information will be added to your page related to the Most Loved Workplace areas – (SPARK) Systemic Collaboration, Positive Future, Alignment, Respect, Killer Achievement.
How is Most Loved Workplace certification different from standard engagement surveys?

Most Loved Workplace Certification Terms
How long is Most Loved Workplace certification valid?
Most Loved Workplace is an annual designation. Simply choose from one of the three plans available, to get started. You have the option to pay monthly, or save two months fees by paying in full. Your certification will last for one year. At that time, you can easily renew your certification by simply distributing a new survey at that time.
Can I upgrade certification plans?
Yes. At any time, you can upgrade to a higher package. You will be charged the difference between packages to immediately receive the additional benefits. Your Most Loved Workplace certification renewal is based on the original designation and will expire one year from that date.
Usage of System
How is the survey administered?
You will receive a link to your custom employee survey within 24 hours of completing the order on your profile page.
At that time you will direct your employees to your profile page to access and complete the survey.
The survey will be open for 2 weeks from the date it is created. All companies are required to receive at least 33% of the employees completing the survey for the certification to be valid.
I can’t see my score on my profile?
The scores will be entered directly by Most Loved Workplace staff. Users do not enter their own scores. The score will not show until at least 33% of the employees have completed the survey and you grant permission to make it public. You may also choose to see your score privately.
I need additional time to complete the survey

Can I cancel my certification?
You can cancel at any time. To do so:
- Click “View/Change Certification”
- Under your current plan, click “Cancel”
- Verify the cancellation by clicking “Yes, cancel this certification”
Please note, no refunds will be issued on past payments. Your public profile will be removed immediately upon cancelation.
If you change your mind, you will have to start over, as all canceled certifications will be removed from Most Loved Workplace, so make sure you think it through.
