Interview and Validation

We will perform a phone interview and validation of your interview answers for both journalistic and research integrity. We will perform the validity study on your existing results, or you will receive your own confidential custom pulse validation for your employees. Validating your answers will establish you as a Most Loved Workplace and maintain the credibility of our process. If you choose to take advantage of it, the quick pulse validation takes no more than 2-3 minutes to complete, and will not add any fatigue for your employees. The results will be confidential to you.

Report and Dashboard

After completion of the pulse validation, the confidential results will be available in your free report and dashboard. Results are private and confidential.

Online Company Profile Page

All certification applicants will receive a custom profile page highlighting your commitment to becoming a Most Loved Workplace. In addition, your admin will have editing rights to update your company profile. All information regarding your survey will be kept strictly confidential.
