higher with each build.

CEO Strengths

Joel Epstein is the award-winning Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fabuwood. From personally building cabinets in the company's early days to leading a world-class manufacturing operation, his journey reflects vision, determination, and mastery of every facet of the business.

Joel believes leadership is about creating the conditions where others can thrive, a philosophy that defines Fabuwood's culture of positivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

In 2023, he founded the InFocus Movement, an initiative to restore focus and work-life balance by limiting technology in the workplace, now shared with companies across industries.

Under his guidance, Fabuwood has earned the Designers' Choice Award 5 times in six years, and Joel himself was honored with a Leadership Award for the forward-thinking approach behind the company's technological growth and its acquisition of Plain & Fancy. Joel doesn't just respond to change, but personally manufactures it.
