What the LGBTQ+ list measures
The LGBTQ+ list is drawn from the Love of Workplace Index®, a validated employee-sentiment instrument with a .95 reliability coefficient, backed by 25 years of research across 2.8 million employees and 1,800+ certified organizations. How companies qualify
Organizations must first earn Most Loved Workplace® certification. Certification validates that employees feel emotionally connected to their company, its leaders, and its mission. Once certified, organizations become eligible for the LGBTQ+ list and other affinity, regional, and global rankings.
