What the Veterans list measures
The Veterans list is drawn from the Love of Workplace Index®, a validated employee-sentiment instrument with a .95 reliability coefficient, backed by 25 years of research across 2.8 million employees and 1,800+ certified organizations. How companies qualify
Organizations must first earn Most Loved Workplace® certification. Certification validates that employees feel emotionally connected to their company, its leaders, and its mission. Once certified, organizations become eligible for the Veterans list and other affinity, regional, and global rankings.
