Autonomous.ai has been a company driven by technological innovation since its inception in 2015. Its product lineup began with the original office standing desk, the SmartDesk, and has spanned several categories of smart ergonomic office tools and accessories, as well as new software solutions for modern hybrid work offices. Autonomous is building ergonomic office chairs and electric standing desks with the highest quality materials, and strive to help people all over the world work smarter and healthier. How employees collaborate For different tasks, we will have different process of working and we have meetings every month or quarter to listen to everybody’s feedback to foresee if we need to adjust any parts in any process. At Autonomous, team leaders always encourage their members to work on their innovative input. A positive vision for the future Autonomous has its own vision, we’re always transparent in the beginning and we encourage our candidates in job interviews to think in the same way. That’s why when you become an Autonomist (we call ourselves that), Autonomous support our staff with training courses and networking online/offline events. How values are demonstrated At Autonomous, we set our values together, not just among board members because values define what we are, who we are, and the environment we live everyday at work. We have our company’s beliefs and guidelines heard by all of our employees that they are the heart of this business’ success. How employees are respected We have team meetings every month and company meeting every quarter. We ask all full-time and part-time employees to take part in. We have an anonymous email to listen to everybody. Each team leader will have 101 training or meeting with their members to ensure they are all well supported. How employees are supported We offer training courses by team leader, online courses on Udemy or other platforms suggested by the employees/employers and a talking/sharing session every week. How leadership demonstrates values His self-direction. He’s very clear and transparent about his business vision, and always encourage everyone to set their own targets/outcomes to archive, with both short-term and long-term plans. Our CEO works directly with all teams to understand their tasks as well as obstacles.
