For different tasks, we will have different process of working and we have meetings every month or quarter to listen to everybody’s feedback to foresee if we need to adjust any parts in any process. At Autonomous, team leaders always encourage their members to work on their innovative input.
Autonomous has its own vision, we’re always transparent in the beginning and we encourage our candidates in job interviews to think in the same way. That’s why when you become an Autonomist (we call ourselves that), Autonomous support our staff with training courses and networking online/offline events.
We have team meetings every month and company meeting every quarter. We ask all full-time and part-time employees to take part in. We have an anonymous email to listen to everybody. Each team leader will have 101 training or meeting with their members to ensure they are all well supported.
We offer training courses by team leader, online courses on Udemy or other platforms suggested by the employees/employers and a talking/sharing session every week.
