The 2025 Top Most Loved Workplaces® For Diversity in 2025 is now open for certified organizations. This annual ranking recognizes companies where employees report the highest emotional connectedness — the core construct measured by the Love of Workplace Index®.
What the Diversity list measures
The Diversity list is drawn from the Love of Workplace Index®, a validated employee-sentiment instrument with a .95 reliability coefficient, backed by 25 years of research across 2.8 million employees and 1,800+ certified organizations. Discover America's top 2025 workplaces for diversity. Explore companies leading the way in inclusivity and employee satisfaction.
How companies qualify
Organizations must first earn Most Loved Workplace® certification. Certification validates that employees feel emotionally connected to their company, its leaders, and its mission. Once certified, organizations become eligible for the Diversity list and other affinity, regional, and global rankings.
About the ranking
The lists are produced by Best Practice Institute and Most Loved Workplace® and may be featured in leading publications. Rankings are based on verified employee sentiment, not policy documents or perks. Every company on the list is a certified Most Loved Workplace®.
