We ensure ideas and voices are heard through engagement surveys with follow up focus groups. Our leadership teams are often in centres, and are always available for our people to email them directly. We have a more formal Speak Up whistleblowing line that can use if needed.

Our vision to give the children in our care the “Best Start in Life”, runs through everything we do and every decision we make.
