We encourage ongoing communication between team members and executive leadership. We actively promote ongoing "Ask Me Anything" forums, where teams are welcome to communicate with executive leadership whenever they have a question or concern. It's a true "open-door" policy.

About the Company

More than four decades ago, our founder decided to build a solution to run club operations after not finding anything in the market tailored for managing a fitness business. This first version of our platform focused on streamlining billing, a time-consuming, manual process and infamous pain point for clubs. With the success of an automated system, other fitness business owners began to join in – happy to grow profits, save time, and increase member satisfaction with a solution built for them, by one of their own.

Over the years, ABC Fitness has continued to evolve its capabilities to grow and deliver leading fitness software platforms to the industry. From our humble beginnings to today, we are proud of our journey to become the largest fitness technology company in the world offering Ignite, Evo, Glofox, and Trainerize to the industry.
