In 2021, we became a 100% employee-owned company through the creation of our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This benefit plan provides workers with an ownership interest in the company in the form of stock shares. That move ensures that our employees are engaged, motivated and aligned with goals of our clients because they benefit personally from that success. Our focus on the employee experience as part of our total experience approach has been a major differentiator. In fact, our business has seen two straight years of double-digit growth since we decided to place the employee experience at the center of our strategic priorities.
