We specialize in high-functioning diverse global teams that work together across a variety of modalities, based on workstyle preferences (Slack, Asana, 1:1 meetings, Zoom, email etc). Our clients are global, so we support them globally across functions too! Sending short videos to explain or walkthrough something to a team member in another timezone also helps lessen email burden and adds more clarity. Meetings are typically recorded and shared out within departments, but many are shared out to the rest of the company too – great way to learn about other work streams and increase collaboration. Live synchronous meetings rotate by timezone so others have a chance to contribute that may not normally be heard.

Trust & Accountability are two of our values – we trust our employees and know they will be accountable for their work. This means we encourage a flexible work-life balance & schedule to fit their needs. It’s common for employees to take an early or late call to reach colleagues in other time zones, but then spend extra time with family during the day to balance hours in a way that is most meaningful to them. We are also experimenting with ‘Refresh Fridays’ where employees can wrap up their weeks at 1pm local time on Fridays so they can show up more ‘refreshed’ on Mondays with a better work life balance. All our positions are hybrid or fully remote, based on what they prefer. Employees have access to our full suite of solutions and content, and we offer internal company-wide learning initiatives.

Refresh Fridays encourage all employees to be offline by 1pm local time so they can start their weekends early! We provide paid parental leave with flexible return to work options.
