We offer referral bonuses and designation bonuses. Designations serve as formal recognition that an employee has earned a high level of expertise and competence in a specific education area, enhancing their professional credibility. We pay for the courses employees need to earn professional designations, and as further incentive, we give the employee a bonus once the designation has been earned. We also have a highly comprehensive medical plan, which includes a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) debit card where Brown & Riding funds the entire deductible to help virtually eliminate out-of-pocket medical expenses for our employees. B&R provides salary continuation for those who are unable to work due to a condition qualifying under FMLA, and the company has a rich PTO policy with the potential to earn up to unlimited PTO for certain positions.
