Workplace Flexibility. What started as Summer Fridays has become, Annual 1/2 day fridays all year around! Offices close at 2PM local time year round. As we’ve returned to the office we have catered lunches every thursday, commuter allowance, regular happy hours for the team. we have Flexible Time Off. we close our offices on the Friday before many holidays making them 4-day weekends like Memorial Day, Labor Day, President’s Day and Juneteenth. We close the office for the entire week of Thanksgiving for everyone to spend additional time with family and friends.

OUR CEO SERVES AS A MODEL OF OUR COMPANY VALUES BY …

Our CEO is an incredible leaders. He lives all the values of High Performance teamwork as described above. He puts our team and our people above the business and truly cares about each of us. He writes weekly notes – which started as a way to connect with us during the pandemic and even now as the pandemic is now an endemic, he still writes them, he is up to week 115. He writes handwritten notes to each of us for special milestones whether it is to update us on our bonus or to congratulate us on accomplishments. He leads with empathy, kindness and humanness. We call him a unicorn.
