We are a hybrid/flexible workforce and have “Together Tuesdays” in offices, where we the CEO celebrates each other’s anniversaries and milestones. We also have hundreds of 100% remote employees that we bring together via “Cloudie” meetups and celebrations. We also have “days of connection” where we encourage teams to get together, regardless of where they live, to have lunch and/or do a give back, and then take the afternoon off.
Outside of meetings and get togethers, we use Microsoft Teams for ongoing collaboration.
We have seen strong company growth year over year. We provide technology solutions to some of the world’s largest companies. We have 50K customers worldwide, including about half of the Fortune 500, such as Pepsi, Walmart, Metlife, Mastercard, and BP. Every year we open an Co-investment program for our employees, and historically they have seen returns on their investments.
We are recognized by Forrester, Gartner, and other industry forums as a leader in our field.
In addition to “Candor Corner” on MS Teams, where employees can ask anonymous questions at any time and our all hands (mentioned above), our executives hold listening sessions on a regular basis, we have a twice-yearly engagement survey for our employees, as well as ad hoc “Pulse surveys” for key issues. We also have diversity and inclusion training for employees and managers, plus employee resource groups such as one for People of Color that allow employees to have a safe space.
In addition to ongoing manager training, our various resources including: Employee Resource Groups, Career Week, Career Pathing, Mentor/Mentee program, Job Shadowing and more. In fact, last year we promoted over 250 people.
Our values are passion, candor, professionalism, celebrate success, keep score and give back. You see these values throughout our culture. For example, recognition program where employees can be recognized for their contributions in the form of monetary points, in order to recognize an employee, it must be aligned to one of our values.
In another example, we have “Candor Corner” on MS Teams, where employees can ask anonymous questions at any time. At our monthly all hands with our CEO, employees can also ask candid questions. In one last example, we have events like “Give Back Week,” which is an event that is near and dear to our employees.
Flexibility, hybrid, unlimited vacation .
We have always had a focus on mental wellbeing and have programs to support that (mental wellness talks, channels, manager guidance, ERG).
Focus on Flexibility and Support: Together Tuesdays, Give back days, day of no meetings, day of connection, mentorship program, Career Week, FlexTalk on mental wellness topics like sleep and anxiety.
DEI Council and 5 employee resource groups (BIPOC, Pride, Women, Mental Wellness and Sustainability).
Recognition and Moments that matter. In addition to our recognition program where employees can be recognized for their contributions in the form of monetary points, we celebrate “moments that matter” such as a newborn “onesie”
Give Back Week, charity match, and many charitable opportunities.
Our CEO Jim Ryan created our values, AKA “how we roll” when he became CEO. In addition to monthly all hands, listening sessions, and Candor Corner (as mentioned above), he also shares “how we roll” with every new hire cohort by having a listening session where he walks through these values and takes questions. He consistently encourages behaviors that align to how we roll, and areas such as recognition and our promotion process are embedded with our values. Meaning, to be promoted, the manager needs to convey how the individual aligns to our values.
