At the end of the year, we organized a company-wide retreat, which included all team members flying in from eight other states. We spent most of the week at EPCOT and Disney World on educational tours, brought in educational speakers, and also spent time bonding and having a lot of fun. Additionally, in the era of work from home, we continue our in-office tradition of providing lunch for employees through Uber Eats gift cards. Finally, we incentivized our employees to take a break with four-figure “vacation gift cards.” These gift cards could be used on anything during an employee’s day off, and we enjoy hearing what different team members used these funds for.
