Each department has teams located globally and are structured to work cross-functionally; IPC requires our employees of different functional expertise to work toward a common goal. By working as a cross-functional team our employees gain better insight into overall project objectives and gives our people the ability to leverage professional networks within our organization. Not only have we seen this result in much higher caliber project end-results, but it fosters a collaborative environment giving each individual an additional understanding of cultural nuances on a global scale.

We have 4 foundational People Pillars that support our employees to enhance our employee experience.
Under our Inclusion Pillar we have a very developed D&I program that ensures we are consistently inclusive from a global perspective and celebrating our uniqueness locally. Diversity to us means varying educational backgrounds, experiences and points of view are invited to take part in organizational decision-making bring to the table the diversity of thought.
IPC’s Mentorship Pillar is successful because of everyone playing a hand in the success of our people which takes many forms; both formally and informally through Allyship, Sponsorship and Mentorship. We have formalized programs that specifically are geared to women in the workforce through external partnerships, new hire mentoring when bringing in new talent, our Internship Program and executive mentorship inside our People Development Programs.
Our Wellness Pillar considers 4 main areas that create stability and balance for our people: physical, mental, financial and work style. We have specific Wellness programs and seminars about managing work life integration along with healthy eating activities supported by our external partnerships that share our values and vision.
Our multi-tiered people development programs provide opportunities. Through our Growth Pillar which is geared towards a growth mindset, IPC provides people resources to upgrade their skillset through certifications, workshops, and training to develop knowledge on new products and soft skills. We have an internal platform Learning Management System, as well as course offerings through LinkedIn Learning. This is in addition to internal job opportunities on a global scale.

EXAMPLES OF UNIQUE BENEFITS, BONUS, OR COMPENSATION WE PROVIDE ARE …

During the start of IPC’s 2021 Fiscal Year, the IPC employees in the U.S moved to a flexible PTO model for time-off. Previously our employees were subject to a fixed amount of vacation days or a “use it or lose it” scenario at year-end. When we changed this policy, it allowed employees not to focus on an accrued vacation balance. This policy gave our employees and managers greater autonomy to manage time off while maintaining accountability for meeting business needs.
Mental Health challenges have been drastically on the rise since the start of the Global Pandemic and we saw it impact our employees first-hand. While a focus prior to the pandemic, we really ramped up our partnerships and mental health benefit offerings in the last several years. One example of these benefits is through the IPC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Health Advocate. This benefit comes at no cost to our employees. Through this benefit, employees can receive referral services for confidential, professional counseling and this service is not only available to our employees themselves, but also to their immediate family members.
As a part of IPC’s commitment to fostering a well-rounded and meaningful life for employees, throughout the year we provide employees with a series of resources centered around IPC’s four key pillars of health (emotional, physical, social, and financial). Examples of these resources come in the form of seminars (“Food & Mood”), office social gatherings (i.e. sporting events), and access to services such as financial planners.
