Being a remote first organization, our main ways of collaboration and communication are virtual. Our teams use slack, zoom and a variety of other softwares quite heavily. We have biweekly all hands meetings, quarterly virtual events, and an annual corporate event where we all get together in person!

He leads with honesty and integrity, always -- even when there are difficult conversations to be had. At Kevel, we offer 100% paid medical, dental and vision insurance for our employees and their dependents. We offer long term disability, short term disability and life insurance for all Kevel employees. We offer unlimited PTO with a minimum of 20 days off per year. We recognize 8 company holidays including our Kevel break at the end of the year (Kevel offices are closed from Christmas to New Years every year). We offer a 401K plan with a 4% match. We offer 100% paid parental leave, and our parental leave policy also includes leave for any employee who experiences reproductive loss. We offer a home office stipend and a free press benefit as well to all our employees!
