We host quarterly company events, have employee resource groups including a womens/trans/femme group and a DEI committee, and also host an annual week long retreat for all our employees. Being a remote first organization, our main ways of collaboration and communication are virtual. Our teams use slack, zoom and a variety of other softwares quite heavily. We have biweekly all hands meetings, quarterly virtual events, and an annual corporate event where we all get together in person!

We recognize 8 company holidays including our Kevel break at the end of the year (Kevel offices are closed from Christmas to New Years every year). We offer a 401K plan with a 4% match. We offer 100% paid parental leave, and our parental leave policy also includes leave for any employee who experiences reproductive loss.
