Our learning arm (and platform) KlickU has courses designed to help Klicksters better themselves and develop leadership skills that will make them more qualified for career progression. This curriculum consists of four, two-hour workshops that provide the foundational skills needed to become a great leader.

Always evolving and customized around our Klicksters needs, goals, and interests. In 2021 alone, we updated our 401K program and now we match 50% of contributions (up to 6% of earnings) and held two Wellness Challenges, each with a grand prize of a Peloton. We also have several Employee Resource Groups that are employee-led and we host a ton of events that are both educational and fun.

Lori has steered our valiant ship and protected our people’s health/safety through what has been the most turbulent storm in our lifetimes –making the decision to close our offices, ahead of the curve, in early-March 2020 when other industry leaders suggested she was overreacting. She has provided our people with transparency and peace-of-mind throughout the pandemic while leading our business through ongoing significant growth.

Actually, love is an understatement based on the response to the iPads, Apple Watches, gaming systems, Rimowa luggage, and 401K contributions Klicksters have received over the years! Our popular Klick it Forward program also rewards Klicksters with donation credits that they can apply to a wide range of charities and not-for-profits – giving them direct influence in how our company gives back to the community.

Our response to COVID-19

When the risk of COVID-19 emerged, we quickly pivoted and moved our operations to Work from Home in early-March 2020, ahead of the curve, to ensure the safety of Klicksters, their families, and our clients.
We created an industry-leading Safety Protocols & Business Continuity Planning document, held daily (now bi-weekly) company-wide communication Zooms, Ask-Us-Anythings, and Clinical Conversations with medical experts from leading hospitals and the FDA, and built a COVID-19 intranet portal (complete with WFH tools and recordings/transcripts of our weekly Zooms) to keep Klicksters fully informed.
Other initiatives include:
– adapting our onboarding, leadership training, and fitness programs to be virtual
– establishing dedicated topic channels on Slack (like COVID-19 Company Updates, COVID-19 Thought Leadership, Fitness, Parents) to facilitate the constant stream of two-way communication and ensure Klickster engagement and connectedness- providing Klicksters with two separate stipends (in summer 2020 and fall 2021) for office chairs, desks, noise-canceling headsets, or other items to make working from home more comfortable.
