For over two decades, we’ve operated and succeeded with the belief that making sure our people are happy is paramount. Happy people are great to work with, and when people enjoy the work that they do, with people they like, they unlock the potential to do the best work of their careers. By putting people first, both Klicksters and our clients are the ultimate beneficiaries.
Putting our people first. At Klick, we strive to have an inclusive, open, and diverse culture. A kind place to work – one where everyone feels valued, free to speak their minds, and be who they are. We conduct Klick Pulse surveys to get Klicksters’ feedback and ensure we’re meeting their needs. As an organization committed to being a diverse and equal place of employment, we also run an annual DE&I survey (publishing the results in our Impact Report) and have several Employee Resource Groups, including Klicksters of Color, Women, Parents, Queer and Mental Health.

All people leaders at Klick are trained in a LEAD (Listens, Engages, Asks & Deploys) Mindset to help set the stage for performance conversations and career development. These conversations are employee-owned and leader-enabled.
Our learning arm (and platform) KlickU has courses designed to help Klicksters better themselves and develop leadership skills that will make them more qualified for career progression. This curriculum consists of four, two-hour workshops that provide the foundational skills needed to become a great leader.
There’s something different here. Since our scrappy beginning over two decades ago, we’ve grown and introduced new crafts and practices, but we remain one united, collaborative Klick. Our cultural behaviors are the day-to-day manifestation of our founding core principles and they help drive our success. Life at Klick is different because of our people-first model. It’s our north star and influences everything we do.
Always evolving and customized around our Klicksters needs, goals, and interests. In 2021 alone, we updated our 401K program and now we match 50% of contributions (up to 6% of earnings) and held two Wellness Challenges, each with a grand prize of a Peloton. We also have several Employee Resource Groups that are employee-led and we host a ton of events that are both educational and fun.

Lori has steered our valiant ship and protected our people’s health/safety through what has been the most turbulent storm in our lifetimes –making the decision to close our offices, ahead of the curve, in early-March 2020 when other industry leaders suggested she was overreacting. She has provided our people with transparency and peace-of-mind throughout the pandemic while leading our business through ongoing significant growth.

Actually, love is an understatement based on the response to the iPads, Apple Watches, gaming systems, Rimowa luggage, and 401K contributions Klicksters have received over the years! Our popular Klick it Forward program also rewards Klicksters with donation credits that they can apply to a wide range of charities and not-for-profits – giving them direct influence in how our company gives back to the community.
