Montea invests in logistics buildings at strategic locations with multi-modal connections, multi-function warehouses and with focus on innovative buildings. We are strongly committed to high quality, sustainable finish and materials and favour flexible options and innovative/sustainable techniques, all in view of the scarcity of land. The portfolio value has increased from 100 million to 2 billion € over a period of 16 years.
