PROGRAMS AND PRACTICES WE GIVE TO OUR EMPLOYEES THAT CREATE A LOVED WORKPLACE ARE …

Employee committees, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and The Fun Committee, sponsor events with a purpose throughout the year. These are set up to engage both onsite and remote Crew.

In May, we host Mental Health Awareness month with education and events for all.

Twice per year, Summer and in December for our Holiday Party, we invite all employees (located in 29 states) to our HQ in Vermont. This creates an opportunity for training, in person collaboration and a lot of fun: Team events, Happy Hours, Picnics and more!

We also have a Lactation & Wellness Room at our HQ site.

Our CEO and Founder created our three values because he believes you can only build great companies with great people. Our values are in priority order: 1. Protect the House 2. Help Clients Win 3. Always Improve. Justin meets with new hires during orientation to discuss the values, why they are important to him and us and how we work consistently with them.
He models them through his decision making, his coaching to Leadership and Crew. Annually, Justin gives awards to Crew who exemplify each value. He champions keeping the language and behaviors aligned to the values updated and current.

NuHarbor reviews salary ranges quarterly with consideration for each employee’s geographical location. This allows us to competitively pay our team when their annual anniversary merit increase occurs. Additionally, all employees are eligible for a 10% bonus based on company business results.
