It continues to be a vital aspect of our Company’s success as collaboration is one of our five core values. To that end, employees are given support from all levels of leadership to take ownership of their experience(s) at Qvest US. `
Collaboration begins with communication. Slack is our primary method of communication. Channels are dedicated to ERG initiatives, pods, regions, interests, as well as company projects and more typical business.
We’re dedicated to fostering a community that drives great opportunities to collaborate. The company sponsors and promotes virtual and in person events. These include annual celebrations, quarterly learning and communal events, regional, culture and ERG get togethers.
Collaboration and team building is strengthened by team members sharing their experiences and interests. ERGs are the primary way by which those unique perspectives are relayed to the greater Qvest US community.

Our leadership team is dedicated to being accessible and transparent with the greater community of consultants. Anyone can come forward with their ideas in coffee chats, one on ones, or office hours.
Many of our current ERGs, Pods and culture programs are the result of individuals coming forward to share their ideas. Those ideas were then sponsored by the business and allowed to grow.
First and foremost managers and members of leadership take the time to get to know the employees on their teams. By taking an active interest managers, mentors and leadership can help guide employees to their ultimate goals.
These efforts are structured through one-on-one meetings with managers, Coffee Chats with leadership, a structured mentorship program, and education opportunities that include internal curriculum and reimbursement for external coursework.

Our partners work alongside and for the consultant teams. They founded the Company after successful careers in the Big 4 to create an organization that balanced wellbeing with work ethic. They continue to meet and expand on their standards by interviewing every employee during their recruiting journey. Today Qvest US is a largely flat organization, built on meritocracy, that offers employees high visibility of business performance and accessibility to the leadership team.
At the start of COVID we changed how every team member works by moving to a completely remote work environment. With this large change, we worked to provide everyone with what they identified as the base essentials to continue working remotely, including a stipend to purchase anything team members deemed necessary to work remotely.
To help alleviate team members’ concerns about their roles and place in the Company, we increased our regular transparent communications to meet with the broader team twice a month. In these meetings we discussed our company finances, business development, and any other topics that would help alleviate some of the year’s financial stress.
Thanks to the work of all our team members the organization has grown through uncertain economic times. However, contracted consultants have limited exposure to those outside of their project team. To address this, we’ve introduced OnPrem Swaps. The program is used to randomly pair a small group of team members with a designated member of the leadership team. This gives our consultants access to leadership and a small enough forum to get to know each other.
