We also take employee feedback very seriously and ask for it multiple times a year through an array of employee engagement surveys. Employee feedback acts as our north star when making company decisions, and many changes are implemented based on employee feedback. For example, last year our employees expressed interest in a compressed workweek, so we implemented a summer hours program. Now, laptops shut and offices close at 1 p.m. each Friday of the summer (Thursday for our Israel team members). We’ve also recently enhanced our global benefits offerings as a direct result of employee feedback.

As part of the onboarding process, new team members visit our New Jersey HQ for two days to immerse in the culture, connect, learn about the company, meet the leaders, and have fun. In addition, we provide plenty of ongoing opportunities for engagement through happy hours, community volunteer events, sales kick-offs, company sports, trivia nights, and other after-hours activities.
Team members enjoy unlimited PTO, a hybrid working model, summer hours, free lunch, coffee, snacks and sit/stand desks in our meticulously designed offices. Our New Jersey HQ employees even have access to an on-site salon, fitness center, and personal training. We empower one another to problem-solve creatively and innovate solutions in our roles.
