Team work is absolutely critical to use delivering for our clients and collaboration is one of our key values. In recent times, collaboration has had to be mainly on line, working and supporting each other but as we come out of Covid teams are coming together to interact, learn and grow from their fellow colleagues – this is happening on a global scale.
Our annual awards programme had individuals recognised by their fellow colleagues for being great at collaboration.
We are clear on our purpose and mission, people are engaged in terms of the work they do and take pride in being the best in the Industry – the Global Organisation being awarded the Global Experience Agency of the Year 2021 by the Campaign awards.
Respect is one of our key values and as per my previous answer – is measured in our new programmes. We undertake engagement/DE&I/wellbeing surveys to ensure we get regular feedback on take actions as and when appropriate. Leaders within the business work closely with a cross section of our employees to ensure everyone is included and feels like they belong to what we are doing at Imagination.
We have overhauled our development programmes form annual formal discussions to a more regular 1-1 programme – times dictated by the individual in conjunction with their line managers. We have an agreed grow forward framework to capture the key learnings/activities individuals need to understand to meet their current role requirements but then it also sets out what steps need to be taken to attain their future career plans.
The company values are clear, linked to our people and our business and we are receving examples regularly (through our internal and external awards) that people understand and are aligned to them.
Our most recent incentivisation and our performance/career development programmes has got the values embedded in so that people talk and engage with them at each of the key moments that matter.
