We’ve overhauled our development programme from an annual formal discussion to a more regular 1-1 programme focussing on personal growth & development with the whole process being owned by the individual. Development focuses on the job you do today but also where you want to be tomorrow.

Our Global LMS Platform gives everyone access to online training with content aimed at supporting their professional and personal development. Over 64% of our employees have engaged with the platform with 3,541 lessons watched and 1,753 quizzes to reinforce learning.

Globally, we invested in real-time training, enabling them to deliver leading-edge work.

We run our annual awards programmes which is something everyone looks forward to at the end of the year.

Our Global Mobility Programme enables individuals to move around the Globe, working in different locations, with different clients and experiencing different cultures.

Investment in our employee development has been a key area for us during 2023, with individuals undertaking learning from Mini MBAs, mentoring, Mental Health First Aid training and the usual presentation and communications skills training.

Our focus on DE&I has since increased with women in senior/leadership roles rising from 32% to 40% globally in the last year.
