We regularly collaborates through twice weekly meetings as a whole team, discussing current projects, projections and ideas. We have weekly team wrap up meetings at the end of a week to discuss the positives of our week and share advice, it’s great to get some support from your colleagues and also celebrate their successes as well as your own. We have a fully open-door policy, the whole team sits together across two banks of desks and is a mix of directors, managers, resourcers and back office staff. It’s great for collaboration and camaraderie, there are no separate offices, we all sit together as a team.

Each consultant at V7 is given a tailored and transparent career plan, which enables them to progress to Divisional Director level within just 7 promotions. Every year the team are encouraged to write their own annual forecasts, providing them control and autonomy to encourage maximum benefit for their desks. We have monthly and quarterly incentive programs to motivate the team, which offer them the chance to win fantastic prizes including trips abroad. Quarterly anonymous surveys are sent out using our online HR tool to track employment happiness and take on suggestions on how we can improve. Throughout the year we host monthly social events along with weekly positivity wrap up to discuss the best parts of their week. We promote the teams’ achievements with shout outs, celebrations on the office TV’s and the employee of the month program.
