Leadership development is important to West Shore Home. Each quarter, select employees from across the country are invited to attend our Management 201 training sessions. The goal is to give them the tools to move into a leadership role as they grow with the company. This includes all levels of employees, from installers to business professionals. Meanwhile, our mentor program through our Women of West Shore group, pairs young, female employees with a senior level leader for monthly personal and professional mentoring sessions.

What began as a local home remodeling company has grown to a national brand. In the beginning, B.J. had only a desk, phone, and a slim client book. But he had a vision.
