Our comprehensive coaching program consists of two components that aim to engage, build and leverage the talents of our team members. Our Pathways Program offers assistance and guidance to team members who desire to move within the firm. We also support and develop incoming talent through our Empower leadership cohort. Additionally, we recognize our people for their community achievements, which often have a personal tie, through our Strength Awards program. We also support our people by offering sabbatical for philanthropic endeavors.

Offered through various ways, we have an established wellness program that offers team members a free Headspace account, ergonomic workshops, a fitness incentive and more. Additionally, our Withum Fitness Challenge encourages our team members to prioritize their physical health. Points are rewarded for having an active lifestyle – these points equate to a dollar amount the participant can donate to their chosen charity. Bill Hagaman embodies our people-first, values-driven approach when engaging with our team members, communities and clients. Bill’s professional and philanthropic involvements are exemplary; recently he funded Stockon University’s First Generation Student Endowed Scholarship – allowing students to receive financial assistance to diminish college costs. He currently sits on the board of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce as an Executive Committee member, advocating for the needs of businesses in NJ. We offer several unique benefits and perks for our team members. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, we created Withum’s Team Member Hardship Relief Fund – where team members and the Firm contribute to annually and funds are distributed as needed to those experiencing extreme financial hardships. The firm has a flexible open time off and generous paid time off policy, a week-long holiday break at the end of the year and extra days off around other national holidays, allowing for necessary time off and mental rest. The firm provides everyone with various retail, entertainment and travel discounts.
