We use Slack as our primary mode of communication, and most channels are open to everyone to promote transparency and inclusivity. And we have a knowledge base in Notion where everyone can find information about the product, processes, and all other aspects of our work. We automate routines where possible and use modern tools.
Regularly, we hold interdepartmental and cross-departmental online meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on solutions. Additionally, we have quarterly all-hands meetings to plan and share results. We openly share our successes and failures, and as a team, we work together to find decisions.
We celebrate important milestones and personal holidays, and we organize offline get-togethers whenever possible. To help team members get to know each other better, we also run random coffee calls.
