We gather together in person at our offices every Thursday and collaborate through technology on other days of the week. The technology we use while not in the offices includes Teams, Zoom, and our Intranet.

We complete an annual engagement survey to gather feedback. Our senior leaders meet regularly to focus on gathering feedback and addressing concerns of the team. We also have focus groups that meet annually that are topic driven based on what we hear from the engagement survey or other avenues to dig into what can be generalized feedback.
