At the start of 2024, we shared with the team that our primary focus in 2024 is enabling our people through effective communication and transparency. By ensuring every person at IDS feels engaged and has a clear connection to the mission of the organization, our headcount, revenue goals, etc. will take care of themself.

Our CEO serves as a model of our company values by being engaged and present with employees at all levels across the company. His team-based approach to leadership encourages Executives, Managers, and Staff to work together to collaborate on ideas and solutions, in-turn driving the most value for our clients. His leadership style also promotes people-forward culture, where all team members are encouraged to take charge of their professional development with the continuous learning opportunities outlined above. He is also present and engaged at company-wide meetings and events, making him an accessible resource for all team members.

We show respect and ensure that all voices are heard, and ideas are valued throughout the company by engaging our Leadership Team on the topics that are most valuable to our team members. Each of our quarterly company-wide meetings focus on how our team members voices and ideas are driving success within the business, and we take great pride in highlighting the teams and employees who have made outstanding strides in the previous quarter. Our HR Team also send a voluntary annual survey to assess how employees are feeling, which is especially important during a time of rapid growth. The results from this survey inform our practices moving forward in the New Year.

Employees collaborate throughout our company with monthly Lunch & Learns, Digital Innovation Centers of Excellence (DICE), and through participation in our DEI and People & Culture Committees. We host virtual Lunch & Learns on a wide range of topics, thus giving our employees an avenue to stay updated on what’s happening the in the industry, business, etc. Our DICE Community encourages our team members to share and advance their knowledge in key areas of the business, offering continuous growth and learning opportunities. Team members can also become part of our DEI and/or People & Culture Teams, which strive to inspire positive change and unite our organization.
