Defining our values was the result of a participatory process where everyone had the opportunity to express what they experience at RATP Dev. In many cases, for specific roles, we target top talent and pay above market. We benchmark to ensure our blue-collar wages are competitive and will even negotiate with our clients when needed if we see a significant market shift in wages that needs to be addressed.
