Our CEO Helen Giza values transparent communication and holds frequent global Town Halls. Helen promotes a “speak up” culture, encouraging employees to voice their viewpoints – even if they are in opposition to those of their leaders. Helen fosters a culture of recognition and appreciation, frequently visiting our clinics and manufacturing sites to talk to our employees. She has also supported the launch of a new global employee recognition platform, in response to feedback from employees on the global employee engagement survey.
