During the Pandemic, we had 90% of our workforce working remotely. Today, we continue to have a hybrid work approach, where team members rotate between the office and home two and three days out of the week. We provided team members with 8 hours of paid time to get their COVID vaccine should they choose to. We provided five days of emergency sick leave for those team members impacted by Covid. Amerant implemented hands-free and contactless devices throughout offices, including temperature kiosk and touchless restroom equipment. We provided protective and rapid testing kits to banking center personnel and gave our front line workers bonuses. We followed protocols to address actual and suspected COVID-19 cases and potential exposures like contact tracing.
