Throughout the pandemic, our employees’ health and safety always came first. After a lockdown period, we re-opened offices to employees who wanted to return, following governmental guidelines. Social distancing and masking were required. Hands-free door openers were installed, along with plastic shields between employee stations where needed.
We know that how we work is more important than where we work. We have not issued a “return to work” mandate. Employees and their managers individually determine optimal work arrangements.
