We’ve evolved our culture over the past few years to be open and flat. We embrace ideas from anywhere, at all levels. We encourage trying new ways to doing things, new programs, etc. – it’s how the organization grows. For example, this year we’re pioneering an Apprenticeship Program. This new program is helping us bring in project management talent by training experienced professionals on the job for these roles that otherwise would have been difficult for us to compete for on the open market. Also, employees have the freedom to collaborate together on many projects, cross functionally within our region and across regions and with global. Our executive team, especially our Managing Director in the Americas, is very accessible, and employees love that they can have conversations with anyone.
