Collaboration is one of our Values, demonstrated through several Employee Resource Groups as part of our DE&I mantra as well as committees such as the Reward & Recognition Committee and Employee Engagement Committee. In addition to the groups that span five countries and multiple US sites, we reside inside of MS Teams, leverage an amazing intranet site and have several internal communications events each month to make sure that connective tissue is strong.

We also several a third-party engagement survey platform and consultants to make sure our teammates are heard and we take action on what they have to say in order to build an environment in which they can bring their whole selves and best selves to work every single day.
We have traditional items such as tuition reimbursement programs, training for leadership, tools such as IDP's, and will be launching a Professional Development Committee in the new year. We have also doubled our partnership with McLean & Co, LinkedinLearning and will be implementing Workday's Learning Management System (LMS) this next year.
