We run an Inclusion Pulse Check survey twice each year that measures our progress in bringing these values to life, and we take specific action to address need for improvement. We have seen a 65% increase in employee participation over the three years we have been running this survey, with record numbers of employees contributing their thoughts and perspectives, demonstrating their shared commitment to make BASF even more inclusive and an even better place to work.
