A new Self-Quarantine policy, updated Flexible Work policy, option for a 2nd monitor to use when working remotely, hybrid return to work model that included an ease-back-to-the-office approach in the Summer of 2021 and optional remote work days on Mondays and Fridays beginning in the Fall of 2021. And beginning in January, 2022 associates may “Work From Anywhere” up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
