Zan Kaufman founded Bleecker in 2012. We started as a food truck and today we have restaurants and delivery kitchens across London.
Our slogan is: commitment to the burger. We stand for cooking the best burgers in an equal world. We are united, passionate, empowering and diverse.
In the past years we have travelled to Stockholm, been on a London Brewery Tour with the truck and collaborated with some of the best chefs and restaurants in London.
In February 2020 we won best burger at the National Burger Awards. We have most recently been listed as “one to watch – good to work for 2022” by Best Companies.
At Bleecker we are extremely committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. We are a proud member of the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme. We are on our LGBTQ+ inclusion journey.
