Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is a regional family-owned grocery business that has served customers since 1928. BGC currently employs more than 17,000 individuals throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The company operates more than 200 store locations under five banners: Brookshire’s, Super 1 Foods, FRESH by Brookshire’s, Spring Market, and Reasor’s. “Partner” is the term we use to describe all employees because of our belief that we are all partners working toward the common goal of making BGC successful.
